There are no refunds on prepaid rides, including those who purchase a voucher.
Thank you in advance for making our ranch your choice for horseback riding, our Staff is committed to making your ride simply amazing!
Here’s the small print: All purchases are final, weather you book a group ride, private ride or receive ( or purchase ) a gift voucher. Advanced reservations are required, this allows us to keep proper rotation of our beautiful horses. To reserve, you will need a credit or debit card ( Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex ).
–All rides are prepaid and non-refundable, hence your card will be charged the full amount of the ride duration and type you bought at the time you book your reservation and then you will receive a detailed email with your credit card receipt matching what you were quoted on the phone.
–Please review your email and make sure all the information in it is correct ( it usually is! ). Once a reservation is in our books, it means the horses reserved for you become unavailable to other guests. If you reschedule your ride for a different date than originally booked for and you call us at least a day in advance, there will be a re-book fee. If you call to re-book the same day the reservation is made for, you forfeit 50% of the amount you paid us since we may not be able to fill your spot, we hope you understand : )
Not being on time: If you are not at the stables at the “arrival time” specified on you email confirmation, the reschedule fee stated above automatically applies ( automatically means you will not have an additional notification for this policy ).
Traffic: There’s ALWAYS is traffic in Los Angeles! Please plan your commute, the idea is to have a peaceful experience from A to B.
Upon arrival: Park anywhere you find space along our property fence and then WALK down to the stables -please exit your car in order to see the driveway- our guests don’t drive down to the stables because we have an incline dirt driveway, we wouldn’t want your car stuck. Also upon arrival, but once at the check in area, you will be asked for ID for all adults and the credit card the reservation was made with for verification, no ID or credit card, no ride! And bear in mind the re-book will be charged if you end up rescheduling because you forgot your ID or card. Once a guest arrives, if they decide not to ride, they will have a partial credit for future use, but they will forfeit 50% of the amount paid. There are blackout dates on all re-booked/rescheduled rides.
Attire: Long pants, and closed toes shoes required Helmets for anyone 19 years of age and under. No backpacks, fanny packs, or shirts or sweaters tied on the waist when riding. Sunglasses and hats MUST have a string attached to them so they stay on your body at all times.
–For everyone’s privacy and safety, no “go-pro” cameras or video recording while riding or on the ranch. Cameras are permitted on the trails, however, the guides will carry them for you. In order to safely take photos on the trails, we make full stops . On the trails, we practice the same concept as “no texting and driving”, well…no texting and riding!
PRIVACY NOTICE: OUR FACILITY IS USED FOR MOVIES, TV SHOWS, COMMERCIALS, PHOTO SHOOTS, ETC. THERE IS A CERTAIN IMAGE WE WOULD LIKE TO MAINTAIN , YOUR PHOTOS MAY NOT BE REPRESENTING OF THAT IMAGE. IN ORDER TAKE PHOTOS OF OUR RANCH OR TO PUBLISH PHOTOS OF OUR RANCH IN ANY SOCIAL MEDIA OR MEDIA, YOU NEED TO OBTAIN WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM THE MANAGEMENT. PHOTOS OF THE TRAILS CAN BE PUBLISHED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, AS LONG AS THEY ARE OF YOUR PARTY ONLY AND NOT OF INDIVIDUALS RIDING WITH YOU WHOM YOU MAY NOT KNOW. WE APPRECIATE YOUR RESPECT AND COOPERATION IN THIS MATTER. Upon arrival to our facility there is videotaping in progress in most areas.
